Patrons Meet Young Fundraiser – The Young People's Counselling Service

Warwick and Annabelle Davis got to say a big ‘Thank You’ to Leo Roberts, Leo (8) who raised an incredible £620 by cycling 20 miles over a space of a week, to help support local child mental health charity Young Peoples Counselling Service (YPCS). Leo met with Warwick and Annabelle who are Patrons of YPCS at their Yaxley hub, named after Annabelle who stars in the CBBC show ‘The Dumping Ground’ playing Sacha. Leo had a tour of the building and learnt about the vital work that YPCS undertakes, which is more crucial than ever due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our patrons Warwick and Annabelle Davis met with fundraising superstar Leo.

Eight year old Leo raised an amazing £620 for YPCS by cycling 20 miles in 7 days, smashing his original target amount! This will fund a full twelve sessions of counselling for a young person in need. We are all so proud and grateful.
